Terms and Conditions

According to the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store must specify delivery, return policies, and the right of withdrawal. Such terms are referred to as a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

Distance Contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and Payment

The Buyer places an order through this website by selecting the type and quantity of goods. Payment can be made using the payment methods integrated into the online store or based on an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery within 14 days after receiving payment, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller. Upon request, the Seller will provide the withdrawal form via email.

The Buyer must return the goods within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• the goods cannot be returned due to their nature, are perishable, or quickly consumable;
• the goods are made specifically for the Buyer based on a custom order.

According to Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or charge compensation if the goods are damaged, improperly used, instructions were not followed, original packaging is lost, or significantly damaged.

Data Processing

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their data will be used to process the order and ensure delivery in accordance with Latvian law. By submitting information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to order processing via the provided email address.
